End-to-End Training Process using the ADDIE Model

Phil Ailes, MBM, is the owner of Ailes Consulting, providing turnkey training solutions for IT projects. Within most medium to large IT software projects there exists the need to train end-users.

In this session we will review the product life cycle and demonstrate the end-to-end training process utilizing the ADDIE model to Access, Develop, Deliver, Instruct and Evaluate the training solution. In addition, we will discuss tools for successful management of the training project.
