| President | Jill Hart | With nearly two decades of experience in Marketing and Sales, Jill has been influencing change in organizations for most of her professional career. Industries in her range of experience include: insurance, retail and academia. She became active in the local PMI Chapter in 2005. As Chapter President *Elect, she attended the 2006 PMI Global Congress in Seattle which further fueled her enthusiasm for project management. Also in 2006, while an Analyst in the Program Control Office, she was part of a team that supported the implementation of an enterprise wide project management software tool. She is a 2007 graduate of the Marlboro Graduate Center, earning her MSM and MAT. In addition to her current role as a Project Manager on technology related initiatives, she is a Teaching Assistant at the Marlboro Graduate Center focused on Human Computer Interaction in Business Systems Design coursework. |

| President-Elect | Lisa Sieverts | Lisa Sieverts was part of the Charter team that founded the Keene PMI Chapter and has served as the webmaster for the past two years. She is looking forward to leading an already strong team into a period of solid growth and achievement. She owns Facilitated Change, a consultancy specializing in project management and meeting facilitation. Lisa spent 12 years at Hewlett-Packard, first as a systems administrator and then as a project manager. She is on the faculty at the Marlboro College Graduate Center where she teaches the Information Technology Project Management course and is also the Program Director for the MS in Management. Strong | Hillary has been actively practicing project management skills for the last three years in her role as a Business Analyst for Liberty Regional Agency Markets in the Corporate Claims Administration and Systems department. Tracy Perkins | For the last six years, Tracy was responsible for implementing an Oracle software package with 5 Oracle modules to over 7,000 users in 140 locations in both Canada and the US. During this time period, Tracy advanced from business analyst to IT Project Manager and credits her membership in PMI as being instrumental in her success. In addition, Tracy developed and implemented data conversion strategy plans for 143 standalone databases into one Oracle database and created and managed a national "Drive to Adoption" project to successfully execute new business processes. Tracy's current project is building a new Sales Quoting Tool (.net application on a SQL 2005 database, which is currently being BETA tested in preparation for a July nationwide rollout. Tracy's goal is to complete her BS in Technical Project Manager and her PMP certification in 2008. She is Oracle Certified in Service Contracts, Field Service, Customer Support, and CRM Foundation. She received her Certificate of Proficiency as a Six Sigma Green Belt in 2006 and is working on completing her second Green Belt project. | June 2009 |

Jon Novak | Jon Novak is a Project Management Professional (PMP) executive experienced in leading multi-million dollar enterprise-wide information technology initiatives. In his career Jon has held positions of Senior Technology Product Manager, Senior Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Principal Project Manager. In addition, Jon has been a founder and general partner of JN International Enterprises, LLC. Jon holds an Economics degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA; an MBA/Finance from Western New England College, Springfield, MA; and MS in System Integration Management from Marlboro College, Marlboro VT. |

Her experience also includes over 18 years of experience leading technical and non-technical individuals on multiple, concurrent projects. Corinne Bell | Corinne is currently the VP of Information Technology at Vision Financial Corporation, Keene, NH where she has served the past six years. She is responsible for Vision's IT strategic direction, automated business applications, technology infrastructures, IT staff, systems management processes, and vendor management. Corinne has over 30 years of professional IT experience starting with four years of application programming and database management positions at the Travelers Insurance Company in Hartford, CT. She provided over fifteen years of leadership in developing information technology services and support for the Holstein Association, Brattleboro, VT as Director of Technical Support and Computer Operations. Prior to joining Vision she served six years as IT Infrastructure and Support Manager for the National Grange Mutual Insurance Company, in Keene, NH. Corinne holds a BS Degree in Mathematics from St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY and an MBA from New Hampshire College (recently renamed to Southern NH University), Manchester, NH. She is also an active charter member of the local Project Management Institute (PMI) chapter in Keene. |
