VP of Professional Development

Lisa Sieverts is the owner of Facilitated Change, a consulting firm specializing in project management and training. She received the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification in 2001 while working for Hewlett-Packard. She has taught project management at Marlboro College Graduate School since 2003 and at Northeastern University since 2008. Lisa has served as President of the local chapter of the Project Management Institute. She holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management, UCLA.

Lisa emphasizes results-driven project management. She applies “just enough” overhead to fast-track projects to ensure their success.
