John has 12 years of experience in software change management, working for SoftLanding Systems as Director of New Business Development, Director of International Sales, Business Process Manager, Product manager and Systems Analyst.

Prior to joining SoftLanding, John worked in manufacturing management as Operations Manager for Harrisville Designs, President of Williams Machine Company, and Vice President and General Manager for Bomar Inc. John graduated with an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the Department of Technology at Western Washington University.
