Risky Business: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Jim Neilsen, MSPM will present, “Risky Business: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly”

An in-depth look at Project Risk Management, including the need for an accurate and precise plan, tools and techniques to facilitate the plan, a variety of cases studies (some rather humorous) and hands-on application.

James Neilsen, MSPM currently is a Project Manager at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and manages projects that are related to the operating plan and clinical improvement. Jim previously worked at Artel, Inc. in Westbrook, ME managing value based projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and physics from Wheaton College and a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Boston University. He also has a strong background in budgeting and financial analysis as well as process trending, staff training, and public speaking.
